1. Sales tax
Under current laws, there is no tax charge to all the order out of California, where the headquarter ofnaturespeed.com locates, 7.75% sales tax will be applied to purchases ordered within California, USA.
2. Payment Methods
We accept VISA, MASTERCARD, DISCOVER and AMERICAN EXPRESS CARD as well as PayPal.
We accept PayPal. If you do not have VISA, MASTERCARD, DISCOVER or AMERICAN EXPRESS, but you have other kinds of credit or debit cards, you can use PayPal. For Credit Card Purchases
- Please be sure to provide your exact billing address and telephone number--the address and phone number your credit card company has on file for you. Incorrect information may cause a delay in processing your order.
- We never bill for credit card service fees.
- You can be confident that your personal and account information is secure at Naturespeed.com. We employ the latest 128- or 256-bit encryption technology in all parts of our site that require any personal information.
- naturespeed.com will not bill you until your products, including backordered items, are actually shipped.
For PayPal Purchases
- If you make a purchase using PayPal, your account is charged before your product is shipped.
- The Ship-To address on your order must be a PayPal "verified address", when that is an option in your country. Please make sure your account with PayPal lists your Ship-To address as a verified address.
- When you make a purchase using PayPal, you are staying with naturespeed.com site to complete your order.
3. Shipping Time
On Monday through Friday, all the orders we receive before 3:00pm U.S. Pacific Standard Time (PST) will be shipped the same day; the orders we receive after 3:00pm PST will be shipped the next business day.
4. Shipping Charge
For ground shipping, our shipping and handling fee is USD 9.95 per order, for express shipping, shipping and handling fee is USD 19.95.
Free ground shipping if a customer purchases USD100 or more;
Free ground shipping if a distributor purchases USD200 or more.
5. Shipping Disclaimers
If the package is undeliverable, the product will be returned to our warehouse. You will be credited for the price of the item, but you will not be credited for any shipping and handling charges you may have been charged. All returned packages will be considered customer return.
Naturespeed.com is not responsible for shipments which are delayed due to causes beyond the control of our carriers, including, but not limited to the following: Acts of God, riots, strikes or other labor disputes, air traffic control delays, disruptions in air or ground transportation networks due to events such as weather phenomena and natural disasters.
6. Return Policy
Naturespeed.com accepts any unopened items for a full refund within 30 days of shipment, with a proof of purchase, and all necessary shipping and handling fees provided by customers. Please consult our customer service representative via phone 1-877-546-4944, or email service@naturespeed.com.
Rules to follow for your return:
You must request a return for refund within 30 days from the shipping date, no refunds after 30 days. Each return MUST have a RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number. Please write down the RMA number outside of the box when you return your merchandise. To Request RMA #, please call Customer Service at 1-877-546-4944. If you receive the wrong product or a damaged product, simply call us to get a RMA Number and send it back to us and we will then ship a replacement out to you free of charge. If you changed your mind and want to exchange the product for another one, we can do this with no problem. We will charge you shipping and handling fee for the second shipment. Just return the first product back to us with a note asking for the exchange. Any fee or credit will be put on your credit card. A 15% restocking fee may be applied to all returns for a refund if the return is a result of your error.
One RMA number can only be issued for one order. If you have different items from different orders, then you need to request a different RMA number for your returns. When returning product, we strongly recommend the use of a carrier that can track packages. You are also responsible for insuring the returned item. We will not be responsible for any shipping loss from your side. The shipping and handling fee is non-refundable. Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs and insurance. Please allow 2-7 business days to process your return.
Return Policy for Refunds
Please include the following information: a copy of your packing slip; if you don't have the packing slip, then please include a note with your order number or RMA number. Please note that all items for a refund must be returned in "as new" condition in the original packaging. A 15% restocking fee may be applied to all returns for a refund if the return is a result of your error.
We cannot accept returns of certain items for a refund, including:
- Any item that is returned more than 30 days from shipping.
- Any product that has been opened.
- Any item that is not in its original bag or box.
Return Shipping Cost:
In order to keep our prices low and competitive we are unable to issue a refund for any return shipping. You will be responsible to return any item(s) back to us at your cost for us to process your request for either a refund or exchange.
Restocking Fee:
A 15% restocking fee will be applied to all returns for refund if the return is the result of your error. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.
Canceled order or address errors:
Order canceling must be called in before 3p.m. PST to avoid cancellation fee (shipping cost), no email accepted. For any refused package or any returns to naturespeed.com due to incorrect address on your part, action, inaction or absence of the recipient, we will deduct shipping and handling plus 15% charge before the refund.
Return Procedure:
You must obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number within the guarantee return period for the products, and all RMA must be obtained by calling customer service at 1-877-546-4944. naturespeed.com will not accept returns without prior authorization or a RMA number. RMA numbers are valid for 15 days. All RMA numbers should be displayed on the shipping box. If the original order was paid with a credit card, please enter the credit card number on the RMA request form so that the credit will be applied correctly.
Customers are solely responsible for shipping any returned products to naturespeed.com. Customers agree to pay all shipping charges and accept all risk of loss for the returned products during shipment. Customer agrees that all returned products will be 100% complete, in re-saleable condition, and will include free gifts, the original packaging material and other accessories provided by naturespeed.com. Naturespeed.com will reject the entire return or may choose to impose additional charges against the customer for replacement of any missing items.
